Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AI SEO Agency website (aiseoagency.pk) or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of AI SEO Agency. Additional terms may apply to specific services and will be presented at the time of purchase.

Our Services

AI SEO Agency provides search engine optimization services including but not limited to:

• Technical SEO audits and implementation
• Keyword research and content strategy
• Content production (blog articles, service pages, landing pages)
• Link building and digital PR
• Google Business Profile optimization and management
• Local SEO and citation building
• Monthly reporting and analytics

The specific scope of services is defined in the proposal or service agreement between AI SEO Agency and each client.

Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website.

You must not:

• Use the website in any way that breaches applicable local, national, or international law
• Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information through forms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, server, or database
• Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious or technologically harmful material
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content from our website without written permission
• Use automated tools to submit forms or interact with our website

User Accounts

Some features of our website (such as the review system) may require you to provide information. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and current.

For clients with access to reporting dashboards or project management tools, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Payment and Billing

• Pricing: Service fees are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.
• Minimum contract: Monthly SEO campaigns require a 6-month minimum commitment. After the initial period, services continue month-to-month.
• Payment terms: Invoices are issued monthly in advance. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payment: We reserve the right to suspend services if payment is more than 30 days overdue. A late payment fee of 2% per month may be applied to overdue balances.
• Refunds: Monthly service fees are non-refundable once work for that month has commenced. Unused portions of prepaid services may be refunded at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

Our Property

The AI SEO Agency website, including its design, layout, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by AI SEO Agency and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our website content without written permission.

Deliverables

Content we create for your SEO campaign (blog articles, service pages, landing pages) becomes your property upon full payment. You may use, modify, and republish this content as you see fit.

Our proprietary tools, methodologies, processes, and reporting templates remain our property. You receive the outputs but not the underlying systems.

Client Content

You retain ownership of all content, data, and materials you provide to us for the purposes of delivering SEO services. You grant us a non-exclusive, revocable licence to use this content solely for performing the agreed services.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to provide us with all content and materials, and that their use will not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights.

Reviews submitted through our website are published under your name (or business name) and may be displayed on our website, social media, and marketing materials. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to display submitted reviews. You may request removal of your review at any time by contacting us.

Results and Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. Search engine optimization depends on hundreds of factors outside our control, including Google algorithm updates, competitor activity, and market conditions.

We guarantee the delivery of agreed-upon work: audits, content, link building, reporting, and GBP optimization on the schedule defined in your service agreement. If we fail to deliver agreed work, you may terminate without penalty.

Past performance and case studies on our website describe specific client outcomes. They do not guarantee that you will achieve the same results. Every market, website, and competitive landscape is different.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• AI SEO Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for ranking drops, traffic losses, or revenue declines caused by search engine algorithm updates, technical issues on your website not under our control, or actions taken by third parties.
• We are not liable for any loss of data, business interruption, or lost profits arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI SEO Agency, its directors, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms of Service
• Content or materials you provided to us that infringe third-party rights
• Your use of our services in violation of applicable law

Termination

• During the minimum period: If you cancel during the 6-month minimum, remaining months are payable unless we have materially failed to deliver agreed work.
• After the minimum period: Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. No penalties apply.
• Immediate termination: We may terminate immediately if you breach these terms, fail to pay invoices after 30 days, or use our services for illegal purposes.
• After termination: You keep all content, backlinks, and technical improvements we built during the engagement. We will provide a final report and transfer any accounts or access credentials within 14 days.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For active clients, material changes to service-related terms will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
